Pneumonia is simply an inflammation or infection of the lungs that makes them to strive hard to carry their smooth function. Community-acquired pneumonia or CAP is same as pneumonia in nature, but the individuals who exposed to the infection and develop CAP have not recently been hospitalized.There is no age variant among people to get affected with community acquired pneumonia.There are two variants of pneumonia such as, typical and atypical, but the clinical presentation of both variants are same.typical pneumonia is caused by bacteria while atypical pneumonia can caused by viruses, fungi and parasites.
